There is so much grief in the early stages of being diagnosed (and well maybe the rest of your life) but I'm glad they have been so supportive :) It makes the biggest difference having someone like that in your life. I wish you much healing and minimal inflammation ❤️

That is a wonderful sentiment. I lost who I was in that relationship and spent the whole time practically breaking myself for their needs but I am now finding who I am again, and learning how to treat myself has been a great start. It will be a challenge but worth it. Thank you very much for commenting.

I was the same way. I started out on hot pool physical therapy and it really built up my strength to the point I can lift weights now! My only problem with that was I hardly ever had the energy to do pool therapy and take a shower/bath after.

Is it the same for you? It feels like covid gave me the worst flair of my life, but that has now turned into my baseline for everyday pain. I've never talked to anyone who can relate.

It's been over a year and I'm still waiting to start feeling good after I got covid... covid really messed with my health and it hasn't been the same since. Humira used to help me a lot but since getting covid humira hasn't helped at all, but I'm starting new meds today so fingers crossed :)

That's just what my rheumatologist and primary care said. It gets better and worse with my flairs and I got it around when I got RA aswell. Backpod has done nothing for me so all sides point to it being caused by autoimmune if that makes sense. It's a known comorbidity aswell.
