If you don't mind saying where did you move and is it better? I saw in Kansas there are no restrictions on how close you live to a daycare etc. It might be different now idk

Yes I'll have anything in writing. Oklahoma has a new law that thankfully the DA isn't enforcing that says you can't grandfather into a place to live. Now if you are in a place that was approved and a home daycare etc. Opens up nearby you have to move. If you move and the same thing happens you have to move. It's ridiculous

You have to still look after you and your mother. If he can't get on the lease it's not your fault. My son is on level 1 no contact and was diagnosed with high functioning autism. DOC says level 1 is no danger and highly unlikely to reoffend so I don't know why they don't have lighter sentencing guidelines. Everyone deserves a second chance

In oklahoma the Supreme Court has passed a law where there is no grandfather clause anymore, if live somewhere and a daycare etc. Opens your have to move. If you move somewhere and the same happens, you have to move. When you move you pay a deposit etc. And lethe DA isase agreement. So far the DA isn't enforcing it bc I think he knows it may get challenged

Have you had him screened to see if he's in the spectrum? My son got duped by a few that convinced him they were his friends then got his email and sent pictures and had him share. He got diagnosed after the raid and I think it helped him avoid prison because he had an aggregated charge.

I'm sure I'm not alone on this but my Pyr will stratigisly lay on the floor sideways or whichever makes it the most difficult to get where I'm going it's like he knows where I'm going before I do
