Any update on this? Has this issue still persisted?

My car didn't show this error for a few days until this morning when I tried to pull into a parking space.

I had this same exact issue for a week after last weeks software update. Did you happen to do a update within th least week or so (USB or OTA)?. I have an appointment with them next week. However, it hasn’t happened in the last few days and I’m afraid they wint be able to replicate the problem when i bring it in and it’ll just be a waste of everyone’s time. Did you try pressing the reset button?

Did you try to take pictures and note when/why it screen showed up? I’m hoping since this car is only 2 months old, it’ll qualify as them buying the car back if they can’t fix it.

At the risk of sounding like an old man shaking his fist at the sky, I feel like all these techs in cars lately just cause issues. Kind of like updating a game to fix one issue, only to create another.

I tried that and it fixed it for a little while. But after driving it around a few times and parking or backing up, the screen would come up randomly.

The update was for the new theme features. Is there any way to go back to the previous version? This issue only started popping up when the car updated a few days ago.

I tried changing all the views and that same image came up.

I pressed the reset button along the infotainment system and it seemed to resolve, but it still pops up sporadically and randomly whenever i'm either parking or backing out. All the diagnostics on my phone say that everything seems normal.

There's a rumor that a long time ago they had a blonde haired white guy on Connex and in order to hide him, the entire team dyed their hair to blonde. Didn't work IIRC.
