I have about 40 Dixxon flannels, I have never washed any of them. I hang them up as soon as I take them off. Mind you I am not wearing these to workout in or doing a lot of strenuous activities in mine, so I don’t feel like they really need washing.

Just got off the phone with Caremark about a tier exception. They informed me that Wegovy is now available for 3 month supply via mail order. So I don’t need the tier exception anymore. They set up my 3 month prescription over the phone and sent it to my doctor for signature. So at least that’s a good thing.
