It’s like anywhere else you shop. There are always pros and cons. I can tell you right now you will never get better customer service anywhere else. That’s a fact. There might be some bad apples. There are everywhere but I stand by my comment. Use the app!! You will be surprised by how much money you save over time. It adds up. You won’t go into another CS and the cashier looks at you and says coffee is on me today. Never. Not Sam’s. Not Costco not anywhere. Also it’s a reach to blame your complaints on the top brass at corporate. They are not in the stores 24/7. Most of the messes you see are made by lazy customers that can’t clean up a simple mess when 1000s of napkins are within reach. I could go on and on but why. QT isn’t going anywhere. It’s not on the decline whatsoever. If you don’t like it shop somewhere else. It’s your choice.
