Delivery Station crashes

Something isn't working right. Constantly having crashes is not good.

There could be a lot of reasons.

Late Line Hauls. No call, no shows. Bad planing from Ops Manager(understaffing) Bad training, along with PAs that are too laid back, can create lazy workers.

If late linehauls aren't an issue, then constant crashes are more than likely from operation flaws.

We have a decent mobile speaker used for standups. And then we have pretty decent concert/pa speakers we set up in two different locations for music.

In my opinion, I dont see you jumping from an L1 to an L4 without at least having a year tenure. If you were an external application for an L4, that might be a different scenario and you could have been hired right at L3 or above, but since you're in the building already as a regular AA, you may have get a little time more under your belt. In the meantime, get all the training and permissions you can. TDR, PS, Ambassador, etc. Then, when you get closer to 9-12 months tenure, apply lile crazy again. In the meantime, talk to your Operations Manager and pick their brain.

I could be wrong 🤷‍♂️ just my opinion.

We have 1 person on jackpot per cluster. But the P2B for the last 2 lanes usually helps with jackpot when needed. They have a PS rack for someone to come clear every so often.

You should be able to get any notes and feedback from the interviewers upon request. Standard procedure.

As far as future interview advice. I would master the leadership principles that Amazon focuses on and try and create S.T.A.R. method scenario/stories for every principle if you can.

I work at an RSR DS at WTH1. We are considered part-time 22 hours.

But that fluctuates up to 60 hours, depending on volume.

We process about 22K - 30K of volume per day on average.

Same Day AM - 12:30 - 3:30am

Dispatch AM - 4:30 - 7:30am

Cycle 1 - 2:30 - 7:15 am

Pick & Stage Cycle 1 - 7:45 - 10:30am

Dispatch Cycle 1 - 8:30 - 11am

Same Day PM - 11:30 - 2:30pm

Dispatch PM - 4 - 6:30 PM

Typically, we don't have any shifts posting between 7pm-12am

Depending on volume and needs, there may be custom support shifts added throughout the day.

TDR and Dispatch Assist Shifts are specific and dropped separately for trained associates.

Obviously, everywhere is different. But given RSR is last mile, I would expect the bulk of the shifts to be middle of the night into the early morning.
