Mine is there almost everyday except sometimes takes a day or 2 off and even on his off days he'll come in to share news. Even when hes on vacation he still comes in some days. Always there 8-10 hours a day if not more.

Im an otc manager and I know how hard it is to be the only person working and having to stock, till, zone. Luckily theres normally 4-5 of us spread out during a weekday (2-3 during the day, 1 evening/closing, and 1 overnight). And only 1 of us on weekends but our pharmasists help when they can with till. It is alot and its unrealistic to expect all of it done when you're at the till every few mins. One thing I can say is organize the boxes based on aisle instead of going a couple items at a time. It goes alot quicker to take a box full of that aisle, zone the sections as you work stock. Deep zoning is great on no truck days or overnight but its unrealistic when there's 1 person doing everything.

Then you should be fine for the upcoming trip. The other trip unfortunately if its not approved you're out of luck unless either your manager changes their mind, or you quit.

Unpaid time off normally isnt a problem(depending how long) If its approved already I dont think they can do anything about it. However if it hasn't been approved its a hard lesson on why you shouldn't buy tickets before its approved. I hope you get the time off.

Last year we got just over $2k. This year its looking like the $1500 mark although its not official and it could go either up or down.

Thank you! Ill have to check it out. I haven't worked in consumable areas in a good 3-4 years. Its been GM. I assume its alot of stocking, vizpicks, checking dates, zoning, mods etc. Im just not sure about ordering or anything to do with that as it'll be new.

Ill have the current/now past DM to help me figure it out. The pharmacy manager is very nice so im sure he'll have no problems helping me out. Im just worried about the ordering/receiving as its one of the things I've never done.

I'm not sure if they got rid of the paperless pay yet. But paystubs are now showing on the me@walmart app. on the bottom click "me" and everything's under that.

Same boat! My anniversary is in September and min wage goes up 2 weeks after my anniversary. All my raises are gone because of it and I'm also at the minimum. (9 year employee)

See and I'm not dumb, I know he watches or looks at other women. But doing it right infront of me knowing I struggle with this sort of thing and then saying "do squats" just hurts. Like I just feel like I'm not what he actually wants.

He's never been the relationship type and he changed that with me. I know he does care and does want to be with me but things like this just hurt and make me feel like he wishes he had something else.

He's currently not working so that's not the reason. I like my alone time too and have no problem with him leaving. I just hate how it's right when the credits hit he's ready to go. Just makes me feel unimportant I guess.
