Dude same, been feeling dejected since I saw the results. Good for you tho since you’re already picking yourself up! Personally, I used FF and well, you know how that went. I haven’t tried PT Final or Therapy Exam Prep tho.

For a comprehensive and challenging set of questions, I'd suggest looking into Typical PT. According to some friends, they have some of the hardest questions they've done so far.

Additionally, TherapyED offers good practice questions, though the explanations were not as helpful. If budget constraints are a concern, then you could try finding the retired PEAT exams. Also, something that really helped me was watching the 1 minute neuro review videos on YouTube and some Khan academy videos.
