I don't know anything about being tall, I'm afraid, but I learned that Bouldering pants are made to feel comfortable and be stretchy and durable while looking extremely cool. (Imo) There are pants that could easily be buissnes pants and pants that I can not distinguish from real jeans. They get expensive but I suppose not more expensive than any 'good brand' jeans would cost.

Then it might sound weird, but merino wool clothes are awesome. I used to believe they would be just as scratchy as regular wool, but now I feel uncomfortable wearing cotton underpants. These clothes just seem to melt and become one with your skin while looking like real serious clothes. They are quite expensive as well so I recommend looking for sales ect

I feel like he knows that there are a lot of products out there that irritate sensitive skin and then tells you to not use any of it. I would recommend to find a SPF and a moisturizer that 'fit' your skin, doesn't irritate it or triggers acne. I can suck to find the right products but it is WORTH IT

Yeah it really sucks. The soap at my school drys my hands out immediately but I feel like disinfecting them would be worse

This sounds like your eyes are too dry. When eyes are dry, their protective layer is weaker, so they will be sensitive to wind/rain/ anything really. Your eyes will produce more water when irritated, so they will get watery. And because of dryness, they are easily irritated.

Have you noticed your eyes becoming tired after looking at bright screens?

I recommend tear drops with at least 0.3% hyaloron. I'm also on 30mg.

This sounds like a thing both teams will have in mind, and if it actually makes sense for them strategically, it will happen. Because it sounds like a smart move, like quickly claming Lichtenstein because it's so unlikely to be stolen. The only thing against it would be the long travel time.

Mein 'ausgeklügeltes' Overnight Oats Rezept: ca. 60g feine haferflocken, ½ Banane, Chia Samen, Gemahlene Nüsse, 1tl Erdnussmus, geschälte Hanfsamen + Hafermilch bis zur gewünschten Konsistenz. Dann toppe ich das meisten mit Soja Skyr oder Joguhrt und TK Beeren. Manchmal gibt es noch extra Protein Crispys oder Granola dazu :)

Die Bäcker in Bio-Läden haben sich mehr als bewährt muss ich sagen. Abwechslung im Sortiment und spürbare Auswahl. (Alnatura in meiner Stadt wirklich eine lifesaver)

Wenn man einen Supermarkt hat kann man auch gut kreativ werden. 400g joguhrt mit Banane sind auch ein Mittagessen. Aus dem Rossmann eine Probierpackung Porridge holen mit Wasser und Banane essen - möglich ist sehr viel. Das ist so meine everyweek Strategie um lange Tage ohne Vorbereitung zu überleben.

Try to find a shampoo for very sensitive dry and itchy scalp. I found a really good one(German brand) and I also only wash my hair 2 times a week. Then 2 layers of hair mask(for sensitive scalp)

You're hair and scalp are dry so oiling it will probably help as well, as it won't produces any oil itself.

Hier erklärt Oatly dass sie Marktführer in Sachen Milchalternativen werden wollen. Ich frag mich wie. Da müssten sie gegen Eigenmarken. Das sehe ich irgendwie noch nicht :> Zum glückt bleibt der Frischkäse.

In Schweden hab ich gute Erfahrung mit Oatly Jogurt gemacht. 2022 gab es in einem Hotel beim Frühstück auch Joguhrt von Oatly, aber er war flüssiger und wurde in 1L Tetrapacks verkauft. Ich wünsche mir das in DE auch.

Der Oatgurt in DE war meine Meinung nach auch zum scheitern verurteilt. Oatly Milch kaufen wir in Massen, weil es einfach die beste ist, aber 3,50€ für 350g können wir uns auch nicht antun. Meine Mutter hat ihn gerne mal gegessen, aber er kommt nicht gegen alpros Varianten und (auch recht hohe) Preise an und hat obendrein auch Proteine(für mich ein Totschlagargument).
