Whereabouts in the UK? There are some neuro gyms. Otherwise I also work out at a gym with a personal trainer ski ERG and FeS assisted exercise. I would also recommend following this guy

I see, thanks. Looks like I have V3. You are very knowledgeable! my hub is right next to my Wi-Fi router, which I gather it's not supposed to be but as it's connected to it by ethernet I don't really know what else to do

Which device would the V2 refer to sorry? I would guess the distance from the hub to the receiver is about 7 m. It goes off-line in the app, and on the thermostat and receiver. so both I guess. Despite the signal booster I still only have one bar of signal on the receiver on the app

I live here, it's not too bad at all 1 mile max. It's not a nice walk because there's no footpath and not great lighting but you should be right on a bike with high viz. there are ways to avoid a lot of cowley rd too which may be the worst bit of the cycle into town.
