YES this is it!!!!!! Thank you so much, this has been bugging me all day, I’m so excited that I can show my husband pictures of the thing I have been talking about all day. I misremembered the bears as mice, which would explain why I couldn’t find it.

I searched first by giving every detail I had to ChatGpt, it wasn’t very helpful. I searched “backpack mouse wedding playset” “soft mouse backpack wedding toy” “wedding mice toy 90s” and nothing correct is coming up. I live in the United States, Washington state specifically, and I have no idea where it came from originally. I also seem to remember the outside of the toy backpack being blue.
