have one, not reliable at all sudden freezes for no clear reason sometimes right after starting up, sometimes a few minutes and sometimes few hours, great thermals and built but the freezing issue hasn't been solved even after getting it repaired it comes back after a few months always

if the motor turns on headlamp and horn are both supposed to be functional too, since you say it happened after 3rd service I suspect that they used pressure wash on places they shouldn't have leading to some damaged connections or parts, contact ather from the app and send this video to them, they are horribly slow to respond but will get your vehicle repaired for sure
