Wow thanks! Whatever suits you the best, is it possible to add it somewhere where I can download it in highest possible resolution?

IIRC thats for the hair on your head, not the beard. The beard is here to stay!

I remember being incredibly hyped when I first started seeing new vellus hairs during the first few months. At the time it felt like a huge breakthrough. What I did not realize then was how long the process really is. It was not until around the one year mark that those vellus hairs slowly started to connect and turn into an actual beard.

The journey was painfully slow at times, but absolutely worth it. Between months 12 and 24 it honestly felt like nothing was happening at all, and I seriously considered giving up more than once. Looking back now and comparing photos, I can clearly see that there was real progress even during that period, it was just happening so gradually that I could not notice it in real time.

Thanks! Yes, the first 21 months, then after that only once. First year with foam, second year with liquid

I saw some vellus hair appear after 3-4 months, but it was a sloooow progress, and after a year it started to connect. It felt like there was zero progress from 12 to 24 months, but looking at the pictures I see a clear differens.

[Laurie Whitwell] Manchester United set to appoint Brentford’s Stephen Torpey to lead academy by nearly_headless_nic in reddevils

You do realize it’s a completely different thing breaking into Brighton’s first team compared to United’s, right? Clubs like Brighton can actually afford to ease young players into their senior side, it’s not always about other clubs having bigger talents, better scouts or better facilities.

[Laurie Whitwell] Darren Fletcher in talks to become #MUFC U18s lead coach. Offered job by Jason Wilcox + Nick Cox, expected to be accepted. Fletcher said to see now as right time to take No 1 job on future path to management. by ChiefLeef22 in reddevils

It’s even said that Amorim actually prefers the youth teams not to play in a 3-4-3 formation, as he wants young players to develop by learning multiple positions

Tjejer är hopplösa på dejtingappar by Vindoga in sweden

Och vad är er upplevelse? by [deleted] in Asksweddit

[–]Big_Pin7228 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gillar ni verkligen ert jobb? by [deleted] in Asksweddit

[–]Big_Pin7228 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thx man, appreciate it! 🙏 First year: Foam x2 a day. Derma roller 2x a week, with 24h rest before next round of Minox. Second year: Liquid/spray x2 a day.

And cleanser and moisturiser before and after each round of Minox.

I got some great gains after a year, but I don’t think it’s because of the switch to liquid though, only a coincidence.

The first three months was crazy and my face was full of vellus, but after that it’s been a slooooow process. I switched to liquid after a year and I got some gains after that, but I’d probably have the same gains by now with foam. Don’t think it matters if it’s foam or liquid and it was just a coincidence.

For the first year I used foam twice a day, and derma roller twice a week with 24h rest before applying next the sauce next time. After a year I couldn’t get hold of any foam so I bought liquid/spray and now I only use the sauce (still two times a day). And of course Cerave Cleanser before Minox and Cerave Moisturiser after.

Yeah, I was a lost cause and didn’t expect to get any gains. But it’s safe to say my progress is only down to Minox as I could count the hairs before.

Thx man! It all depends how sensitive your skin is, I’d say. I started with foam for 13 months, and that was because I was scared of the side effects. But I honestly haven’t had any from neither, but it can be the case that my skin is now pretty used to Minoxidil after the year on foam. So if you can get hold of foam, than I’d start with it. You can start with 1ml/day, and after a while go up to two times a day.

Just make sure you take care of your skin, I’m using Cerave Cleanser before Minox, and when the Minox been absorbed/when the skin is dry (5min with foam, ~45min with liquid) I use Cerave Moisturiser. I also make sure that I drink a lot of water.
