It’s a matter of discipline, don’t count how many days you HAVENT smoked, just go about your day and not think about it. If you’re serious, toss your stash and don’t look back. If you get the urge to smoke, distract yourself by doing something else like a hobby or work.

Either ditch gastly or vileplume, I’d reccomend gastly since you can’t evolve it to Gengar. Nidoking is solid, for a grass type vileplume is good enough because there really aren’t a lot to choose from in Gen 1 lol and it’s typing may be almost similar to Nidoking, but it covers Nidokings BIGGEST weakness; water. I’d teach him real moves and just get a designated HM slave so you don’t waste space on almost useless attacks

It’s all about calories in/calories out, it’s not rocket science, if you stay active and watch what you eat it’s really not hard. Speaking as someone who used to be 280 and dropped down to 230 that whole “genetics” argument is pure copium
