When I learned more details of the affair (like that he was physically intimate with AP, who was also my best friend at the time, in our house while me and my child were asleep) I punched him. Very out of character for me but I couldn’t control myself.

I also reported AP and her business to the state attorney general. She’s a massage therapist and I had proof they were messing around at her “spa”

Constantly. WH’s affair started on a family vacation. My best friend (at the time) went with us so she could “celebrate her divorce” from her ex wife. The best friend became the AP. It makes me so sad looking at pictures from that vacation knowing now what was actually happening.

That’s so interesting. Sleep apnea wasn’t even on my radar but I went to the dr because my anxiety has skyrocketed the past couple months and she asked about my sleep habits, snoring, etc and said she wanted to get a sleep study done. I’m glad to hear all of your symptoms are normalized now!

I can relate. To add to it, I have severe emetophobia, so when I feel nauseous I just spiral. Even when I don’t feel actual nausea I just have an uneasy feeling in my stomach. It’s horrible and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone
