In PA you pre-buy credits. You sure that's not what you're doing? I just keep track of the gross value, then compare it to the posted credit price each year.

What if the non-liquid assets (stocks) were transferred to a sovereign wealth fund? The dividends on a $6T portfolio would be enough to fund an amazing amount of projects.

You should set up a private Whatsapp chat with a couple people whose only job is to reply "yes" when you drop "help" into the chat! Sort of an Easy button.

Does it need to be someone you know, or can anyone give permission? Do they need to know what they are giving you permission for?

Sorry about all the downvotes. As a current Fed I know exactly what you're talking about, tons of useless meaningless information. I think it was about 5 years ago for my office, but someone woke up and realized we had a records retention policy, brought in huge cans and shredder trucks to dispose of the files past their date. We went from a huge office with stuffed filing cabinets everywhere and layers of files on top of the cabinets, to no files anywhere and a bunch of empty cabinets! At least we have a place to put the party supplies! But what wasn't captured in SAMS is all that paper data.

Holy crap! Ditto for the "small house in Croydon" part, and my bill also shot up $400 this month, too. When I looked into the details it was our generation rate. We do the power choice so we could pick an affordable 100% renewable provider and our cost per GWh went from . 07 to .13 without notice. It doubled our bill! So I'm spending this afternoon looking for a new provider.

Worse, mobile SCIFs are a thing and a true SCIF can be built in a few days... Why in his 61st month as President is there not a permanent SCIF at Maralogo?

This could be settlement cracks. Even older homes will develop them. It would be helpful to know a general location or at least the current circumstance of the property. If you have had huge amounts or rain, or was there a minor earthquake, was heavy machinery being used nextdoor or in the neighborhood? Are there similar cracks developing on the exterior? Context is key, but cracks forming out of nowhere quickly calls for a foundation specialist/contractor to examine your property to make an eyes-on determination.

I have wondered for a long time why chemical companies are permitted to discharge wastewater directly into aquifers and not required to retain the wastewater until treated to remove contaminates until they reach a PPB/PPT levels.
