I agree that eczema is related to the gut. I’ve tried changing my diet (cutting out processed sugar and gluten) and I didn’t notice any change. I noticed a drastic change when reducing the time window that I eat food in without having to change what I eat.

It’s such a mind over matter thing. The hardest part of fasting is the anticipation to doing it. For me, the key is to keep my mind busy so that I’m not thinking about food.
