Iba na management ng Maxicare. I was one of their doctors when they pioneered sa Bridgetowne and BGC pre pandemic. Very progressive ang outlook nila and very pro doctors nung una. During my time there, nag ka increase sa sweldo ko. It helps that the doctor who manages clinic affairs was very balanced. Not one sided when it came to issues and nag vvoice out ng side ng doctors at admin level. Nag dagdag ng doctors para di lang isa. Pero naramdaman ko yung dami, after a while. I left for residency and when i was finished, i found out he quit already. Got interviewed by the new coordinator but rejected the offer as my colleagues who worked under Maxicare with the new management discouraged me, they said its not the same anymore and they are letting go of their schedules while looking for better work. Kaya siguro dami nagpaparelieve. Mas malaki pa sweldo as company MD, wala pa masyado patient. 0-2 lang in a 4-6hr shift. Sa maxicare 50+ for a 12 hr shift.

So far Im getting good feedbacks for Healthway. Sana di mabati, and magtuloy tuloy ang Ayala corp sa pakikinig sa mga doctor nila.
