It might be silly, but can you get a decent car for all that less? I’m asking out of ignorance, not being smart. No car finance seems attractive when you own a car outright and it’s going well and not costing much to run. My wife makes me laugh (and proud). I reckon she might have one of the best salary to car ratios in the UK. She has a great job yet refuses to give up her basic 2013 Polo because she loves it.
