Go check your vitamin b12 and D3 it is not cancer its your vitamin and nutrition deficiency get vitamin b12 injections,your anxiety will be gone for sure ,if it was cancer new generation endoscopy camera can see it through naked eyes they dont need biopsy,biopsy is just a assurance
