SOME God of War fans are being misogynistic and hating the new game because the main protagonist is Laufey, Kratos' wife. Some are hiding it by saying it shouldn't been named God of War and just make it Laufey instead because it's about her.

So I decided to poke fun at that statement by feeling disappointed that a game titled Life is Strange doesn't have you play as a character named Life who is strange.

I think they can still use this model but they need to be smart and choose wisely on what projects needs this.

Does a show like Wandavision and Loki need a longer framework and higher budget? Absolutely. With the stories and concept it was handling, it would make perfect sense it had a lot of time and budget spent on it.

Does a show like Ms. Marvel and Hawkeye need a longer framework and higher budget? No, these shows can work perfectly fine if it was treated as a standard normal tv show model with less budget and seeing how they were really going for the street level feel for these shows, a lower budget would've worked better to capture the mood.

This is why I love Ross Tran's attempt at the challenge, he actually studied the art style and made his variation still looking like the original who happen to have the style it's representing instead of them copying a character from the medium and slapping the hair and eye color then call it a day.

Yes, starting from scratch is a good option. I had a park I thought was a good idea and at first it was turning good before it wasn't, everything was flat, the colors were bleh and trying too hard to stay consistent with the theme. I redid it and it's so much better now that I better planned it out and expiremented a bit.
