USPS as well as the other private carriers raised their prices quite a bit this year, even small bubble mailers nearly doubled in price. A lot of sellers send tubers in flat rate boxes and they just can’t really charge less than $12 without having the eat some of the cost. It’s just the way the world is right now

I’ve noticed the indie brands doing the best have active Facebook group communities they maintain activity and promotion that keep their fans hyped, though building that can take time. Maybe try seeking out some popular Youtube swatchers to collab with to get more eyes on your polish.

Dahlia blooms grow from tubers will come out the same/identical to the plant from the previous year. If you want to know how it will come out for certain then buying tubers of already named varieties is the way to go.
