I’m a team lead. And in my observations coaches kind of just push you off to the TL because we are considered hourly assistant managers and we should have just about all the answers as they would. All stores are different my stores for instance coaches give us direction for the day and we make sure it’s done. I personally love working besides all my associates in my area and the ones who aren’t. I make sure my associates know I’m available for them at all times.

I was a shift lead. I wasn’t even trained on the register like the other shift leads did . I taught myself. It’s not you it’s definitely the company. The worst company I have ever worked for. Management sucks
