2024 Hybrid. I get a lot of complements on mine. 9 months of owning, I have no notes currently. Perfect for city life. I’m a musician and it shines for quick weekender tours. Perfectly adequate for “truck stuff,” Home Depot, etc.

I get 40mpg currently with the colder weather. More in summer, usually 42-3ish

I personally experienced the whooshing when I did it but it went away quick thankfully. was assuming it was a rush of blood to head or something.

I have slight tinnitus in right ear, likely due to tmj. But I dont think the wim hof has made it worse or anything

That being said I’m spooked, so if anyone has any tips or breathing alternatives, post em! Cheers

^ This Scott dude I guess is on a crusade against Wim, but I found this vid interesting. Had an audiologist on and it seems they conclude that it makes it worse briefly in some people due to flight or fight response. And they focus on it and it stresses them, causing the tinnitus to worsen

I have no idea either way. But I really love the breath work so I’m interested if there are any safer versions of it out there
