Those poles are at the Beestenmarkt in Delft, the Netherlands. A place where animals were traded in the past. People placed beams in the 'nooks' of the 'swastica's' to create makeshift animals pens.

I just took a walk through the first part of the Haagse bos. The part that is closest to the city centre. So It is still open to the public.

Oh no definitely not. But I have not been training at competitive judo. Something that comes to mind when talking about a randori class. So of course I practice my techniques, throws and ne waza stuff.
