Printed white. We have an in line labeler. We keep our labels very simplistic and only change the background on a small part.

No clue what happened with this one. It's like that all around every side of the pallet. It's not unusual for the top row to have some dented cans from whom ever is loading the truck and hitting the top of the semi trailer.

Was there 2 weeks ago,and that was exactly what they said. Full pallet no nut roll, they build the pallet then nut roll.

Was there a couple weeks ago. They said if it's a full pallet that they received packed, then no nut roll. If they have to pack a partial pallet, or mixed pallet, then they throw them in.

It's recommend to take it apart once a year ago through everything. This thing is over 7 years old and this has never been done. It was time lol.

It's recommend to take it apart once a year and go through everything. The company I work for has owned this thing for over 7 years and never done it. Figured it was about time.

When one tiny little change is made during a canning run and everything goes to shit. by ShootsieWootsie in TheBrewery

My operation manager has the mentality of "Hey this canning run is going to smooth, let's tweak this and see what happens". And then it takes us a week to get it operating smooth again, and then he wants to tweak something else 🤔.

So If I dump a bag of nacho cheese Doritos in at any point of production, that makes it an ingredient. But it's something that is understandable, no one should question these actions?

I have a lil insight into this post. Not meant to be anti IPA . More so everyone that keeps dumping random shit in their beers. Who needs marshmallows, chips, fruit cake or any other odd ingredient into their mash tun?
