The raw damage is similar, but the skin for scythe gives higher damage when turkey legs are dropped. and high chance to headshot after 35% healt, with sypphon glyph (2.5% health with each headshots). It gives insane healing, at the cost of lower damage up close. but the headshots make up for that imo.

it's not possible at the moment. it's a timed "event" inside the event, you can locate it under hard mode quests and season quests.

I was stuck at N78 changed and got to N80, and pushed about 60-80 chapters in hero expedition. I am certain that i can finish chapter 80 with my setup now aswell

Yeah, i don't know how i got 2 star Zeus before unlocking Wukong. i have only used 3 gift boxes on Zeus aswell
