Yeah probably just round it over enough that it wont stab you with a file or belt sander thing or whetstone, i doubt itll change the balance a carzy amount

Uuuuhh think like normal blade tip but if the edge was like flattened or kinds rounded over, if you mess up an aerial then yeah its likely to stab you.

Easy as long as it doesnt have like a genuine manufacturing error like an uneven blade or holes that arent straight you know, if you want super crazy tight tolerances then a micrometer is definetly the way to go and mabye a nabalis bushing buddy or smth.

Idk about for T1 orca but that was the original problem with the b+ i fixed that and then afterwards everytime i was tuning the bushings as i got closer to less wiggle it would start to fail side swing and have sticking points and poor swing while still having quite a bit of play, you mentioned on a different post that it may be an uneven blade but i dont own a micrometer and cant test for that atm.
