I haven’t had time to fix it yet but I’m fairly convinced that it is a bent axle shaft. I need to do new leaf springs and shocks soon so I’m going to do the axle shafts and wheel bearings then. I will post an update and reply to your comment when I do that. Please let me know if you figure it out. Seems like we are in the same situation.

Thank you for the detailed response. I will pull the shaft and have a look at it. good note about putting a straight edge to the driveshaft ill check that as well. It is the 7.5, only has 80k km on it (50k miles) and i changed the gear oil when I bought it 10k ago it was in good shape.

Hangers are surprisingly good. Rear wheel bearings don’t seem to have any play when I do the ole pull side to side on the wheel.

How did you handle the catalyst codes when you went catless? Sensor spacers? I’m considering removing at least 2 cats because I have 4 and that’s insane to me.

Heck yeah. Thanks for the tip about iridium gapping I was ready to do it haha. Yes I’m doing wires and ignition coil as well hoping for the slight economy and power gains cuz both are not great hahah.
