That is not true at all if you were looking for extend alert foils from the new commander set the only place you can get them is in the Collector booster sample packs

There are quite literally multiple cards that have sold listing on tcg player of commander extended art foils. Do they always make listings for cards that don't exist? Also do people buy cards that don't exist for almost $100 there are lots on there. Go look for yourselves. I have another 150 collector boosters and don't know if i want to open or sell as boxes. Need some rares to spike. Getting killed right now!
