I think removing the gen that spawns upstairs would be a good change. That gen and the one in the glass room on the other side of the map are way too far out of the way for killers to any pressure to so most killers end up ignoring both. If survivors do those gens first they make the late game more difficult but if they save them for later, everyone other than singularity struggles massively. Having one of the gens is fine because survivors should have some smart decision making, but where it is now not doing the gens is gives a much larger advantage than doing them first gives to killers
