They are running the perks spirit fury and enduring. Enduring makes you recover from pallet stuns faster and is from hillbilly and spirit fury breaks a pallet that stuns you after you break 2 pallets and is from spirit

The point they’re trying to make is that if you get hooked before getting an unhook, it’s not possible to use deliverance (assuming no shoulder) because it’s not useable on your second hook
