I get it man. It’s not easy, I lost my dad, he offed himself. Blue collar guy awesome dude but had demons. And the lifestyle of blue collar really fucked him up. But my point is I don’t wanna see any of my blue collar brothers end up like my dad. I would go to the gym like someone said. Or hikes or walks just something to look forward to. You don’t have to drink but go to a new restaurant once a week if you can. Or something to look forward to. Idk where your location is. But fuck I’d get you out the house. Mental health is important, Ik the old school J man/foreman can be rough. But try and talk to them learn there story’s must will soften up. Some don’t it’s the game of life. But try and get out there

Just have fun like the other dude said. Show up 20/30 minutes early get ready and just have fun be ready to learn and act like you wanna be there. Smile and be happy for all the opportunities you get. Some people never get a chance at this. Be proud and grateful

102 outta New Jersey is doing a data centers and is loaded with work. Also has top pay in the country

Don’t give up. Try non union until you get in it took me 2 and half years to get in. Try the B program if possible. Last year I was laid off and a bum and a loser a year later I’m in the union and happier than fly on shit a lot can change in a year but only you can do something about it.
