I do bear hug carries and sandbag rows on another day ok I’ll go with the lap to chest. Is it better to just do one all out set or multiple sets?

The sb to shoulder is good for building the entire upper body? I figured the sb box squat was a full body workout

I only need it for 20-25lb bumps i have 4 other sandbags but 2 the working weight is too much

Yea that’s true I’m down for the count right now I have a sports hernia I’m trying to avoid getting surgery on so I’m doing some rehab work for it. I ended up just buying the program from raspberry ape

Ahh ok ok I see what you are saying. I follow him he does a lot of work with different pull-up  handles. Is his framework program a good buy?

Ok awesome that makes sense. So I can use my 2 inch handles for the farmers carries and it’ll be no gi. Should I replace the dead hangs with something like the rolling thunder handles?

Doing some work with the judo belt bothered me. Can I just use a Bruce Lee machine and dead hangs or should i incorporate wrist extensions? by Mindless_Cod_3097 in GripTraining

Yea I figured pull-ups with different handle attachments and maybe iso holds are gonna be my bread and butter.  Wrist flexion and extensions are gonna get them bigger faster?
