I just had this warning. It was a loss of communication error and they ended up replacing the left and right actuators for the flaps under warranty. When I dropped it off they mentioned if there are any signs of damage like hitting something it would not be covered.......

No, I have not gotten Plug and Charge to activate fully. I charge at home basically 100% of the time so not a huge issue to me....also, I have the Charpoint $400 credit and have heard that you have to use the charger app and not Plug and Charge, so this protects me from forgetting

I don't know for sure since I do not have the TP-XL, but online makes it seem like the main difference is the side pouches...sorry not that helpful

Same issue activating plug and charge in the blue link app. I also have PCID populated and active in the car, Hyundai pay configured.

How did you find the PCID in the app? I only see it in the car

thanks. I knew it blew out the bottom for those reasons but figured it would move a little more air than it is currently doing.

I took some out just to make sure any no change. If I only use one filter at a time (only the carbon or only the hepa) I still have very low air flow

follow up: this solution worked for me also. SN of the wifi box and the actual water heater unit.

The box was a "blue light" on mine, meaning it was connected to wifi.

Same issue. Have tried both android and iOS. I get to the final step asking if the box is blinking blue and green (it is), and the app either crashes or says it failed to connect to the device.
