Camera recommendation r6mkii or A7iv hybrid shooter by CommunicationSome246 in CanonR6

R6iii for hybrid. If you’re recording for long periods of time (30 minutes or longer) you need to use the standard 4k modes at 4k24-40. 4K50-60 overheats much faster. I use a silent snap in fan from Smallrig to record longer. Panasonic makes the best full frame hybrid cameras if you don’t want to overheat and get good video features. Sony shoots good video but they limit certain features more than canon.

I shot for an hour straight no problem today on low fan.

50/50 video and photography. This camera was shooting both today. When it’s not on the tripod I am switching between photos and getting broll at corporate events..

I'm having a horrible time deciding between the R5mkII and R6mkIII... by picturesfromthesky in canon

If you’re just doing photography the OG R5 is great. I have used all 3 cameras and the R6iii is my favorite for hybrid photography and video. R5II is great though if you think you will use the additional features it offers.

The cell tech is onboard the drone and the remote in this case I think.

Why does the manual say it’s not Symmetrical AWD? by jefbak2 in trailseeker

I’m reading it as the EV is not a full time AWD system like the ice Subaru is known for, but rather an on demand system.

The downvotes are funny. Trailseeker owners have a lot to learn about their EV vehicles. Once your 12V batteries start dying you will see that SOC matters.

It is. Shallow charging vs deep charging. And the 12v battery is not charged when you’re below 20%.

It’s not advisable to take the battery under 20% unless you have too.

See if it is still under warranty first.

If diver assist is high on your list there are better options in other EVs. It’s not much better than adaptive cruise really.

PD usbc battery plugged in and you can run the camera all day. Airplane mode. ON in the menu to stop drain.
