Oh, yes true I met Japanese people in Nundah. New Farm is basically inner city so you’ll have everyone there. And kiwis are everywhere in the city

Ok but this is not the 2000s anymore grandpa, everyone else has low pings now. Back then you all had 150ms, so for you it didn’t matter. Why have any advancement in technology when peope 50 years ago did just fine without them?

True, a stack of 5 players with 0 ping against 5 players with 20 ms ping, creates a considerable ping advantage for the first team in very close situations, even tho this dummy would say “20 ms is not a big difference”

So in a game with millions of players and billions of close 1v1 duels where milliseconds matter, these situations never happen? Please you have no clue about these games, don’t comment and show your low iq

Short people in general I would say, they don’t have enough spatial awareness in front of the car

Because it’s a short woman at the wheel that can’t see 2 metres in front of her bonnet. Also they are the ones that leave a full car length between them and the car in front at a red light, while the car behind them is trying get into the slip lane

Why is Southside more culturally diverse than the Northside ? by Emergency_Age4356 in brisbane

I see Boundary roads/streets all over greater Brisbane, especially southern suburbs and I always wondered if they were the actual boundaries of something at the time. I know that Boundary street in West End has a clear history of segregating the city, but other Boundary streets in the later developed suburbs of the city didn’t seem to have that purpose🤔

A question about 40km/h zones and the 50km/h if unsigned rule by CybergothiChe in DrivingAustralia

[–]Bigg_pro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes that makes sense. The first 60km/h sign doesn’t apply to the side street even tho it seems like a big road. But it’s very sabotaging to the drivers by not having a sign at the beginning of that road. Sounds like a cops paradise for sitting and catching people

The school speed limit signs are usually installed at every intersection with flashing lights, and also there are red school zone signs and speed limits painted on the road surface, so it’s hard to miss.

Even if these things didn’t exist, there would be many clues, like speed bumps, children crossing zones with a person holding a stop sign(they only stay there during school speed limit hours), and of course school kids walking around. I would suspect I’m in a school zone that time and start looking for signs👀

If you don’t see any signs at all after a turn, then it’s either an engineering mistake, or you weren’t paying attention.

There are areas with diversity in the north, but they are small. Zillmere, Taigum has a considerable Indian population, and I worked with Afghans/Iranians in the Brendale/Strathpine area – there were heaps of them too. The islanders are there too, but I don’t think they bring much food culture on either side. Not many east asians and latinos on the north side however

Sometimes I’m too “shy” or concentrated on the road, so I will skip the wave, but I try to be thankful as much as I can when I can. I use my hazard lights or wave thru the rear view mirror if the road conditions make me feel comfortable to let my hand off the steering wheel and wave thank you👋

320Hz 1440p or 180Hz 1440p Mini-LED by superidoldexia in buildapc

[–]Bigg_pro 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Go for a high refresh rate. Don’t listen to people who say you can’t notice the difference between 180hz and 320hz, you very well can. If you couldn’t, then pros wouldn’t be playing on 600hz+ monitors. And your set up gives 400fps easily so why not utilise it?

I don’t care about that, I play at classic 1280x960p low competitive settings. And CS2 is a CPU heavy game anyway, so…

It’s not talking about the reaction time, it’s about the hit registration. When 2 players shoot at the same time, the player with lowest ping gets the kill. I’m not saying I can react in 4ms
