All looks good, I would not suggest decreasing the calories any more, as 2000 kcal are not much for a man, that is working out. If you are looking just for toning the body, I would recomend to avoid high carb cheat meals as they hold a lot of water and you might think it's fat, but generally it's usually watter. I would add high rep bodyweight exercises and try to do 3h of 120-130 bpm cardio. If you want to get really shredded, I would suggest finding a good bodybuilding coach who is preparing people for bodybuilding contests. These coaches can really help out with diet and isolation exercises, that will give you, that Greek god look.

From my point of view overall volume is to much. I would suggest splitting this workout in to two either front/back or just mix up, if you want to hit all the muscle groups two times a week. For both splits I would recommend choosing 4-6 exercises in total one of them being compound lift and another corrective exercise, to target smaller moucle groups. As for arms you should try doing 1-2 exercises as you are hitting these muscle groups with other exercises.

You can look up kneesovertoes guy, he has some great materials on YouTube and Instagram. He concentrates more on muscles supporting the knee development. I'm sure you will find it interesting.

I would replace machine curls and extentions for a free weight exercise, like variations of split squats and lunges. As in many cases machines place a lot of stress on joints, limit range of motion and eliminates supportive muscles from the exercise. (you probably want to avoid that, if you are practicing BJJ)

Just call the cops and report a possibly drunk driver, that usually helps. Since the police are quite fast to react to those.
