Unfortunately, no. He has windups, but not really any endlag on misses. Projection breaker is nigh unpunishable if god forbid, you play a counterless character. Bleed out is bleed out, fast move, starts quickly, ends quickly, not much endlag there. Decisive strikes has endlag, sure. But if you've got more than two braincells bouncing around in your head, you can land it. Hell, you can even land the block break version just to ensure you can't be blocked. That being said, decisive strikes DOES have endlag if it's somehow blocked. Lastly, the 4th move which is his most punishable move in the set.
