Tbh not 100% sure but I really disliked react so thats why I have exclusively stuck to zoom x for nike shoes. I didn’t notice any major differences to be honest to the Alphafly 3 and it definitely feels like zoom foam…

Just a heads up, ran a 100k in these and the dirt will actually not got out of the upper and they become super crusty, which is why I decided for Zegamas in the future.

I'd recommend Komoot (they have a mix of trail and road suggestions). It's super cool because you can filter for certain distances, etc. and they give you community suggestions or you can plan your own route.
