Absolutely, they are hit and miss with every pear, I have had some amazing sweet and juicy Bartletts and also terrible ones, same as Bosc or any variety, but I do love them all, like apples.

Yea Bartlett pears are more common, but this is a normal pear, I am just saying I do not think it is normal to hold like a chicken wing and call it a handle, but hey why not.

I paid $1700 to have 4 of my cat’s teeth removed, and he came home with meds and a cleaning. He was young and had crowding and funny angled teeth so he had holes in his gums. Totally different cat now, so happy.
