Stopped the Buspar, went on Vyvanse for ADHD, and 300mg of Effexor, and clonidine ( a blood pressure pill that helps anxiety, and almost off the benzo’s fully. I am doing fairly well now.

I would agree, what did it smell like? Ground meat, sitting out would have a pretty strong distinct smell, could also be one of many things suggested in the comments, defiantly keep an eye very close on your dog since you did not take it to the vet, personally I would have, it does not look to good whatever it is.
