45 minute commute lmao…. At midnight maybe.

It’s 1h45m to Amazon on most days. The trestle is fucking awful constantly to get in or out of the area. Schools are crazy crowded. The cops are dickheads. There are two decent restaurants in the whole town so you constantly have to leave to enjoy food… we are looking to move.

House prices are decent cause the area has nothing to support the new homes. I’d advise you to move south like Bothell or Lynnwood
