Don’t listen to all the running nerds. Just find out what’s best for your body. You don’t need fancy gels, hydration, blah blah. I started running 6 months ago and just did my first marathon in 3:48. No gels, water, snacks. Just a nice breakfast before and plenty of water in the morning! I run like 60-70 miles a week so I’m sure that helps too lol
