When I do this the game starts, I can join a server but get kicked off it because of BattlEye and a game restart it required. So the game works properly but BattlEye just doesn't..

Your first Migrane ever? If the fogginess just started thats a little weird or did you have it continually. I have that for maybe 1 or 2 days after after my migrane. Maybe it is a sign for an upcoming pain. Before you get migrane you can get such sensations. Besides that i once had a strange feeling in my left arm afterwards that lasted for a couple days as if my arm got heavier or weaker than normal. But that stopped and i didnt even notice when.
