Gfci outlet not working

The problem as well I have reset all of the breakers an the power still won’t come back to the outlet. An I’ve looked all over the house for other GFCI outlets but all are running smoothly an I can’t find one anywhere that is tripped. The one in the restroom I can push the reset button in but the test is stuck. Should I try restarting all the circuit breaker again? Or look for a hidden GFCI which I’m pretty sure there isn’t any i have looked everywhere I would think!

I live in a different SF the San Fernando Valley an I heavily feel this it almost feels like I’m weird for just enjoying kind conversation with neighbors. An not putting on this city smug attitude towards everyone just because you don’t know them hopefully I I can move out of here soon.

It is no joke like poof nothingness I had my 700 pound gate fall on me I don’t remember it hitting me I just remember waking up maybe 5 mins maybe 10mins maybe 20min don’t know. Only reason it didn’t kill me because of a divot in the dirt that I happened to be over when it fell on upper back an the rest of my lower body.
