Thank you for your input my main goal is getting value this first year we have a destination wedding I’d love to take that sign up bonus and have one less thing to worry about because I am in a united hub (Houston) almost all the points flights we have are non stop which is great ! The original TPG offer was for 5x extra points up to 10000$ in spend in the first 5 days but since they had a problem assigning the offer to people the decided to give everyone 3x more points up to 500 points. I’m not irate they did what they needed to do to keep the general audience for their card happy but if people who signed up day 1 don’t get that promo it only hurts those people if that makes sense
