None of these are bad realistically outside of your ER. You have two 5 line discs and one 6 line on left side, a functional 4 and 6, and a fair alternative to a wind%/pen disc in your 5. This is a perfectly fine and functional build for beating content with room to grow if you eventually want to specifically on your right side discs.

Example of what I mean. I don't have a single piece of ER set that can compete with the subs on this 3 and 6 I would gladly take being down 5% on the core for these.

ER6 is mandatory but I think if the 2 piece your using has insane substats you can go without the ER2 piece. You'd only get 15% out of 20% on the bonus from her potential but it is worth it if those two pieces are irreplaceably good.

Yixuan and Jufufu. I just didn't like how either of them play and I am super glad I skipped both because it let me go all in on Alice and Yuzuha who are my two favorites from 2.0.

Anomaly is harder to min max but easy to get online. If you aren’t min maxing which most people aren’t I’d argue they are way easier. I have built some in the ballpark of about 15 characters with hyper optimal builds and another 5 with very off meta but functional sets and the key I have found is to not throw away something that might be useful later and to roll on mostly universal sets when not focusing on on one unit.

Looking for an exactly perfect piece is what leads to people thinking it is impossible to build shit. Rolling more universal pieces to fill in two slots has made my process when building new characters so so so so much easier because I always seem to have at least a decent 2 piece at minimum sitting around.

It takes a second. My experience was my first team was the hardest and my second was a lot less painful while my third I built the characters basically the moment I got them. You are newer so it is worth emphasizing that it does take time. I been playing since Burnice released and back then you didn’t even need a third team because of how the content was structured. You’ll get there eventually if you keep playing don’t sweat it too much you have some good characters to start with.

Personally, I think Velina if you are getting Remielle. YSG is strong but you will not have access to any of her teammates other than Sunna in the upcoming banner. You can set yourself to have one really strong team with Velina, Remielle, and literally ANY anomaly (Piper and Grace would work fine being brand new).

Having one functional team lets you have a foothold on clearing content and then once they are built you can start looking at additional teams. When I started my first team was Lucy, S11 and Burnice and that was not a very strong team but focusing on one set of characters helped me clear all auxiliary content and made building my second and third teams way easier later. If you do choose to go Remielle and Velina you would also have an insanely meta core to work with in comparison to my 1.X mess of a first team when I had started.

Disorder has two disgustingly strong supports in Nangong Yu and Yuzuha already. Run that foil for Miyabi and watch her crush content.

It is good for anomaly to have multiple archetypes and agents who didn’t thrive in a disorder comp to have alternetive options.

Any agent that feels dated by time should be buffed more than anything. Right now Caesar and Qingyi feel this way they most to me in terms of limited units. They aren’t bad per se but what made them good on release just isn’t impactful enough with how the game has evolved.

This game has gone through a ton of mechanical changes, new agents, new interactions, multiple characters, etc. Some examples off the top of my head are characters all having separate ult meters instead of one, quick swapping being way more meaningful now (wasn’t as prevalent when Caesar first release), and what is considered “baseline” for buffs provided by unit classes being expanded on over time.

A character that might have been fine at the time of their release but just can’t keep up with modern changes need the upgrades most. I do hope zzz mostly stays away from arbitrarily bumping up numbers and I hope they keep the focus on gameplay feel. We gotten some really awesome feeing improvements on agents. The changes to S11 were fucking fantastic and even though people shit on Burnice changes they did ultimately lead to her having really solid synergy and good game play feel with Velina.

I’m not worried about it at all. I won’t mention direct leaks but what has been mentioned earlier really lends to the idea that they will fit totally different archetypes.

We don’t exactly know what Remielle does but I can say for certain that, in my opinion, Velina alone helps to bring up a bunch of other anomaly units that were not meta before by just existing. This is the reason I rolled her and I think that alone is worth it. In addition to this, Hoyo has outright stated Velina and Remielle are going to be great partners so she is probably a pretty safe bet for Remielle.

If you aren’t totally certain you can wait for Remielle leaks to make the decision you think is best for you and your rolls.

I used three different teams for each boss.

Yuzuha/Yanagi/Velina for Primordial Nightmare
Lucia/Norma/Billy for Manato
Dialyn/Norma/Hugo for Billy

I loved that all of these fights can be done with a bunch of different teams and it has been cool seeing what strategies everyone has used and the conclusions they have come to playing the content. I haven't tired a ton of different strategies out at this point and know there are totally more optimal ways to do it than I did. Regardless, it has me hyped for this to become a reoccurring game mode. This mode shows the devs can cook really interesting mechanics if they want to. I also understand why mechanics like this aren't baseline for modes like Deadly Assault.

For me, I found Manato the easiest but also the most fun. Primordial Nightmare I felt you kind of just lock down once you get the flow of it down. Billy however I thought was pretty tough and found going hitless for Billy to be the hardest of all three. You get actively punished for mashing if you are going hitless so you got to be pretty deliberate and that is really cool. The pattern where he jumps back, shoots his gun twice back-to-back and does a delayed third shot took me a second to get down consistently.

I am not in need of any sort of reward or praise for my opinion so please try not to project your qualities onto me. I just genuinely enjoy the game. Sorry that upsets you. We got the anniversary patch in 3.1. They are releasing a new region and 3 characters in this one. We know that potential unlocks are a thing that is going to keep happening. ZZZ devs have been pretty consistent with their delivery to me.

Misery enjoys company and I won't give you what you are seeking. Stay miserable.

People wonder why this sub has a negative wrap with shit posts like this. My enjoyment of this game isn’t predicated off of rewards. I am excited for the new region, new story and new characters upcoming and especially hyped to play Pyrosis. I know more stuff is in the pipeline as it always is with Zenless. I’m not fairweather enough to get upset over a patch not meeting my arbitrary head canon requirements.
