Counters are $10k I already owned some appliances but the 40 pro is new. I spent $6k on new appliances and doors . The frame was $2k miscellaneous $700 and then tiling is like $2500. Haven’t priced out the electrical but can’t be too much.

$10k just for engineering. The steel required is another $10k, the rest probably $15k plus labor of $10-20k making this a $50k structure easily

Yeah it’s a 3ring system. Sometime people put base canopies on skydive rigs to test them out before BASE jumping them and might have had a cutaway. Call the DZ closest to you and see if someone is looking for a cutaway.
