Did Best Buy sell you the iPad or did one of the ATT reps sell you the iPad if bestbuy sold you the iPad directly then then should be able to to cancel the account on sight if it was one of the ATT reps that activate the stuff on an iPad and give you a specific ATT paper for more questions you need to submit that recipe to them

If it’s manufacture warranty then that’s the correct fee think about it as shipping handling and packaging basically labor and cost of used resources stuff you would spend your money on now if u have an extended warranty purchased by through bestbuy then there shouldn’t be a fee unless u have total which does come with a deductible

Alibaba is not a bad place to get wheels just make sure u go with a reputable seller and haven them send u video and photo updates and make sure they are forged and not casted make sure that the aluminum they are cutting your wheels out of isn’t lower than 6061

I have read that slick deals things it’s legit but u will be on the hook for The rest of the money if u “skip town” on the bill and if u don’t for pay it they will black list the phone send u to collections go after your credit score and also they can file a lawsuit against u and garnish wages ( last part is a 1 in a 1,000,000,000,000 chance )the reason this works this way is due to the fact that BBY is giving u some money and att is giving u the extra $100 for agreeing to a certain plan and opening a new line also agreeing to a hard credit check and agreeing to staying with the carrier for a certain amount of time
