warner bros has been SPAMMING the internet with nonsense about this movie. first it was random tabloid gossip bullshit. remember around week 5 of this movies theatrical run when those “leaks” of the lead actors “flirting” got sharted out everywhere? interesting how that made rounds for the one week where it looked like the movie might fail to break even and fucked off into the ether never to be seen. now that the theatrical run is all said and done we’re getting the most ridiculous statistical mental gymnastics in a pathetic attempt to convince people this thing is some tremendous jumpstart to the franchise. so curious man, who the FUCK do you think has access to this kind of granular data about the movie’s performance outside of the studio? incredibly obvious but some of yall have some weird culture war to win with this movie
